Payment Plans

A.  Monthly Payment Option – Tuition is $100 per month due one week in advance of the first lesson of the month.  The monthly charge secures a weekly half hour slot in my schedule and is not a per lesson fee.  There will be approximately 48 lessons in a given year, due to holidays (no lesson the week of July 4^th). The monthly fee is the same regardless of the number of lessons in a given month.

B.  Quarterly Payment Option – Tuition is $287.50 per quarter due one week in advance of the first lesson of the quarter.  This option will save you $50 per year in comparison with the monthly payment option.  The quarterly charge secures a weekly half hour slot in my schedule and is not a per lesson fee.  There will be approximately 12 lessons in a given quarter, due to holidays (no lesson the week of July 4^th). The quarterly fee is the same regardless of the number of lessons in a given quarter.

C.  Semi-Annual Payment Option - Tuition is $550 per 6 months due one week in advance of the first lesson of the half year.  This option will save you $100 per year in comparison with the monthly payment option.  The semi-annual charge secures your weekly time slot for the entire half year.  There will be approximately 24 lessons in a given half year, due to holidays (no lesson the week of July 4^th).

D.  Annual Payment Option – Tuition is $1,000 per year due one week in advance of the first lesson of the next year.  This option will save you $200 per year in comparison with the monthly payment option.  The annual charge secures your weekly time slot for an entire year.  There will be approximately 50 lessons in a given year, due to holidays (no lesson the week of July 4^th).

E.  Individual Payment Option - $27.50 per half hour, or $50 per hour.   Lesson times have to be worked around my monthly students.  This is a flexible arrangement and must be worked out on a lesson by lesson basis.  Available times are limited and a weekly time slot is unlikely.
 

There are no make up lessons, simply because I have no open time slots in my schedule.
 

Cancellation Policy – Although this payment policy is figured over the course of the year, it is a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual commitment depending on the payment option you select.  If for any reason your payment is not made at the last lesson of the prior period (payment due date), you will most likely lose your time slot. I have an active waiting list ready to fill any open slots.
 

Snow Days – If lessons are cancelled because of the weather, I will call you.  Otherwise you need to assume that we are still on.  Lessons continue at the discretion of the teacher.  If we take a snow day, we will attempt to reschedule the lesson for a future date that is mutually agreeable.
